Women With No Time Can Lose Weight
by Lynn VanDyke

Is weight loss for women with no time even possible?

That's the question that every working woman has been asking. With the growing list of responsibilities that face women today, it's no wonder that fitness and health are heading to the bottom of the list. But if you're interested in weight loss for women with no time, you don't have to resort to a larger pants size - you can make the changes you want to make. And you don't have to quit your job or your family to do so.

The main key to weight loss for women with no time is that they do find some time to set aside for their fitness program. You might want to wake up earlier in the day to find this time, as early morning exercisers tend to stick to their programs more than those that workout later in the day - according to many studies. Try waking up just a few minutes earlier each day until you get to an hour earlier than you normally wake up. This will give you plenty of time to workout before the responsibilities of the day call for you.

If you can't manage to wake up earlier, change the way you think about exercise. You don't have to head to the gym for an hour - you can break up your exercise time into smaller pieces. Even ten minute bursts of exercise will help you reach your fitness goals.

Next, you need to find a weight loss for women with no time program that gives you the most benefit in the shortest amount of time. To do this, you need to have an exercise program that fits in both intense cardio conditioning and all of the muscle groups. Many women find that interval training is the best way to succeed. Interval training is a combination of these two kinds of workouts. For example, you might run in place at a high intensity for two minutes, stop, and then move onto lifting weights in a way that hits multiple muscle groups. You would then go back to the cardio training, and keep switching for up to an hour.

While this weight loss for women with no time seems difficult, once you find a few exercises that you can use for your interval time, it's actually much more fun than traditional exercise plans. You can change it up each day if you like, or on a monthly basis, depending on what your attention span is. What's great too is that this workout program is easy to break up into smaller segments of your day as well - to fit in fitness whenever you can.

Coupled with dietary changes, this weight loss for women with no time will help you slim down without having to reschedule the rest of your life. The important point is that you do need to make time for fitness - the good news is that it doesn't have to be a lot of time.
