Anti-Aging Report:
You can Reverse Aging with pH Balancing!
by Angela A. Lansford

There's no escaping the fact that our lives can be negatively effected by stress, chemical and environmental pollutants, and lack of physical activity...

But, more than anything else, the typical American diet, including acid-producing foods, can be the underlying cause of a pH imbalance called acidosis...

Acidosis may be the leading cause of many common degenerative diseases.

Maintaining a normal pH balance, is your body's first line of defense against aging and disease. You must try to maintain a balance between the acid and alkaline in your body at all times to remain healthy.

The more acidic you are, the more your body will attempt to compensate and try to restore its balance, by taking calcium away from your bones, teeth and tissue. Calcium brings the alkaline pH up and the body acid levels down.

If a pH imbalance continues long enough, there can be a depletion of bone mass which can lead to an osteoporosis condition. Osteoporosis is evidence of a pH balance problem.

What is an ideal pH level?

The level of acidity or alkalinity of something is expressed as a number from 1 to 14 on the "pH" scale. A pH measurement of 1would be the most acidic, 7 is neutral (water) and 14 is the most alkaline. The abbreviation "pH" means "power of hydrogen" which measures the concentration of hydrogen ions.

The ideal pH level for human blood is 7.43 - therefore being just slightly alkaline. A reading above 7.5 pH would indicate an overly alkaline state (called alkalosis) and lower than 7.0 pH would indicate an overly acidic state (acidosis).

Here are a few common signs and symptoms of an "overly acidic" body pH balance:

• Chronic fatigue • Weak kidneys
• Excessive stress • Difficult weight loss
• Chronic aches • Malaise
• Mental confusion • Skin problems
• Frequent Colds • Headaches
• Sudden weight gain • Constipation

The Early Signs of a pH Imbalance — The Acid Reflux Problem

Acid reflux is a condition where stomach acid flows up into the throat and causes a burning sensation. It's a sign that the pH (acid-alkaline) balance in your digestive tract has been disrupted - it's too acidic. By restoring the body pH balance the acid reflux problem can be relieved.

If you suffer acid indigestion or acid reflux, your body is having a difficult time ridding itself of toxic substances. And a high acid level in your upper digestive tract indicates that acid levels are probably too high everywhere else in your body.

You need to re-balance your body pH level by reducing acids level throughout your body. Not doing so could lead to degenerative diseases such as diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease. Bringing your body pH back up to a more neutral level can aid the process of healing your digestive tract.

The best way to restore pH balance to your digestive tract is to eliminate foods that cause acid reflux. So what you want is a slightly alkaline pH reading and to accomplish this balance, you need to watch your diet.

Making a change in our diets is never easy and unfortunately, the typical American diet is full of acid-forming foods. Try consuming an alkaline-based diet for proper health and avoid high fat, manufactured, processed foods.

To help maintain an optimal body pH balance try the following:

  • Manage stressful situations more effectively!

  • Eat a pH balanced diet of 80% alkaline, with no more than 20% acidic-forming foods.

  • Eat organic foods (fruit and green vegetables) in their natural state.

  • Supplement your diet with a natural health supplement containing calcium, vitamins and minerals.

  • Use a natural colon cleanser regularly.

  • Every 6-12 months get a colon cleanse.

  • Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of spring water or water balanced at 7 pH or higher.

Green raw foods and whole foods, and the right combination of vegetable juices and water, can do much to reduce the build up of acid toxicity and promote a healing environment for the lining of your digestive tract.

Here are the four (4) basic Food Groups and their respective Acidity Rating:

Food Group: Acidity Rating:
Meats, Fish & Poultry Very Acidic
Gravies & Cereals Acidic
Eggs & Dairy Products Acidic
Vegetables & Fruits Alkaline

Don't allow and an "acidic" body pH balance to continue in your body. Research has shown the aging process can be accelerated and an acidic pH condition can make it very difficult to retain a youthful appearance and can also cause significant weight gains.

Once you bring your body's pH into balance... You will begin to experience more natural vitality, better metabolism and fewer internal/external signs of aging.

One of the quickest, most predictable way to shift your body's pH toward neutral — in a more alkaline direction — is to take a free-radical scavenging all-natural product rich in green botanicals...
